A Master’s Degree from a recognized university in one of the following -Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination. -English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination. -Any subject with Hindi as the medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination. -Any subject with English as the medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination. -Any subject where both Hindi and English are either compulsory or elective subjects, or one is the medium of examination and the other is a compulsory or elective subject. 2. A recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa, or two years of experience in translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in a Central or State Government office, including a Government of India undertaking.

Paper I will be multiple choice & paper II will be descriptive, and all questions will carry equal marks.

प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए, उस प्रश्न के कुल अंकों में से पेपर I का एक तिहाई (1/3) नकारात्मक अंक के रूप में काटा जाएगा।
