Salary stipend:-
Candidates chosen for the Management Trainee position will participate in a one-year training program, during which they will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 30,000/-.
RCFL Selection Process:-
The process for selecting Management Trainees involves an Online Test followed by a Personal Interview.
FINAL SELECTION:-
A distinct merit list will be created for UR, SC, ST, OBC, and EWS candidates based on the number of available positions for each category. This merit list of eligible candidates will be compiled based on their performance in both the online test and the personal interview, with the following weightages:-

Based on the results of the online test, distinct merit lists will be generated for each discipline, classified by UR, SC, ST, OBC, and EWS candidates, depending on the number of available vacancies in each category. Candidates will be called for a personal interview at a ratio of 1:7. Those who obtain zero or negative marks in the online test will not be eligible for the interview. Additionally, candidates must secure at least a 50% average in the interview to qualify.

प्रबंधन प्रशिक्षु पद के लिए चुने गए उम्मीदवार एक साल के प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में भाग लेंगे, जिसके दौरान उन्हें मासिक छात्रवृत्ति रु. 30,000/- मिलेगी।
आरसीएफएल चयन प्रक्रिया:-
प्रबंधन प्रशिक्षु के चयन की प्रक्रिया में शामिल है:- ऑनलाइन टेस्ट इसके बाद व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार।
अंतिम चयन:-
प्रत्येक श्रेणी के लिए उपलब्ध पदों की संख्या के आधार पर यूआर, एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी और ईडब्ल्यूएस उम्मीदवारों के लिए एक अलग मेरिट सूची बनाई जाएगी। पात्र उम्मीदवारों की यह मेरिट सूची ऑनलाइन टेस्ट और व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार दोनों में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर निम्नलिखित वेटेज के साथ संकलित की जाएगी:-

ऑनलाइन परीक्षा के परिणामों के आधार पर, प्रत्येक श्रेणी में उपलब्ध रिक्तियों की संख्या के आधार पर, यूआर, एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी और ईडब्ल्यूएस उम्मीदवारों द्वारा वर्गीकृत प्रत्येक विषय के लिए अलग-अलग योग्यता सूची तैयार की जाएगी। उम्मीदवारों को व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार के लिए 1:7 के अनुपात में बुलाया जाएगा। ऑनलाइन टेस्ट में शून्य या नकारात्मक अंक प्राप्त करने वाले साक्षात्कार के लिए पात्र नहीं होंगे। इसके अतिरिक्त, अर्हता प्राप्त करने के लिए उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार में कम से कम 50% औसत अंक प्राप्त करना होगा।
