- पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा करने वाले अधिकारियों को उनकी योग्यता, वित्तीय प्रबंधन या खातों में अनुभव और पिछले प्रदर्शन के आधार पर शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा।
